Grief

Grief can be one of the hardest times that we have to face in our lives.  The losing of a loved one or friend is incredibly difficult.  Grief can strike us like a knife through the heart.  Grief has a powerful way to leave us incredibly lonely, even with people surrounding us frequently.  You may begin to notice that everybody around you is continuing to move forward as you struggle to get through the day.

Grief comes in five stages that occur at different times and affect everybody differently.  Each person has their own way of getting through the stages.  We want to understand the grief that you are feeling and offer healthy ways of coping with the grief process and all of the difficulty it can bring along with it.
